Obasanjo had on last Thursday declared his utmost support for his former Vice-president (Atiku) Presidential ambition.
While also thanking Chief Obasanjo for forgiving and endorsing Atiku for 2019 Presidency, Sulaiman assured Nigeria masses that they would not regret voting for Atiku Abubakar in the next year Presidential election, adding that Atiku would bring dividend of democracy to their door step of the Nigeria masses.
Commenting on Buhari and APC response on Obasanjo's endorsement of Atiku, the rights  activist urged Nigerians not to take the drown and rejected party (APC)  and its Presidential candidate serious, referring to the conduct APC primaries  across the States of the federation which made the party not to field  candidates in Zamfara and few other states of the federation, alleging that the APC primaries were full of impunity and imposition.
Sulaiman who doubles as Executive Chairman, Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ),  described their responds as a reactions of sinking organization that wanted to sink the best and alternative Presidential hopeful (Atiku ) with their antics.
SLG Chief then advised the former Vice-President and his Presidential team with their teeming supporters not to fall prey of APC antics by not dignifying themselves with the sinking party (APC) and its Presidential candidate.
