Would you wear a dress like Kylie Jenner’s for dinner with mom?

Kylie Jenner raised a lot of eyebrows with the racy little Balmain dress she wore to dinner with her mother and family after the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. (Photo: Splash News)

Following the Miley Cyrus skinfest at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, the Kardashian clan’s youngest member revealed lots of herselfas well, swapping the long-sleeved Balmain mini that she rocked on the red carpet for a similarly skintight cutout dress by the same designer later that evening when she met up with family for a bite at Craig’s in Hollywood.

Kinshasa (AFP) - Albinos gathered Friday in the Democratic Republic of Congo's capital Kinshasa for a first-of-its-kind festival to celebrate a minority that suffers rampant persecution in Africa.
"We want to reinforce the visibility of albinos in the upper spheres of society and create role models that allow parents of albino children to not feel ashamed," said Yan Mambo, an organiser of the "Proudly Albino" event.
Albinism is a hereditary genetic condition which causes a total absence of pigmentation in the skin, hair and eyes.
In addition to facing discrimination at school and work, albinos in countries like Burundi and Tanzania are sometimes killed for their body parts for use in witchcraft.
At least 76 albinos in Tanzania have been murdered since 2000, with their dismembered body parts going for around $600 (528 euros) and entire bodies fetching $75,000, according to United Nations experts.

Abuja (AFP) - Nigeria's domestic intelligence agency has warned travellers to be ready for an attack on the capital's airport after announcing it had smashed a spy network run by the radical Islamist group Boko Haram.
The Department of State Services (DSS) said in a statement late Friday that it had arrested a 14-year-old at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja who admitted he had been ordered to spy on security procedures.
He was to pass on "information in respect of travelers' movement including passenger screening, boarding procedures and other processes in the departure and arrival halls", DSS spokesman Tony Opuiyo said in the statement.
"The service is working closely with major aviation stakeholders, especially the Aviation Security Department, to forestall any possible attack and to ensure adequate security at the airports," he added.
Agents were still hunting the militant who directed the boy, following Monday's arrest, he said.
Boko Haram has waged a six-year violent campaign for an Islamic homeland during which at least 15,000 people have died and a further 1.5 million have been displaced.
The bloodshed has been largely confined to the northeast, but at least 21 people were said to have died when a bomb-laden car exploded at UN House, the headquarters for around 400 employees, on August 26, 2011.
The death toll in the attack, claimed by Boko Haram, rose to 24 in the months that followed, according to the United Nations, with 12 non-UN staff among the victims.
